We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment, failure to do this will result in loss of payment.
All our clients readings and rituals are treated with utmost respect and given the privacy that they deserve. We strictly do not do readings and rituals with minors who are not older than 18 years.
Gogo Mbalenhle has the right to cancel your appointment outside our 24 hours cancellation policy if we feel fit to do so & a full refund will be given.
