Our Returns and Delivery Policy
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your online purchases. Mbalenhle Healing Center wants to provide the best possible online experience.
To achieve this goal, we need to be sure that our services run clockwork. If, for any reason you’re not, you may return items purchased online for a full refund, replacement or exchange, provided you have the proof of purchase and items are returned in a saleable condition within 15 days of purchase.

Customers are liable for the courier cost for all local and international shippings. Local orders have a standard shipping cost of R100 and international ones will be priced in line with their location.
DELIVERY
You can expect a standard delivery time of three to seven working days. By arrangement we can express deliver, normally two working days or overnight express in Johannesburg Cape Town and Durban.
For remote areas not serviced by standard couriers, we will deliver via Post Office, or to the nearest town. In these circumstances we will be in contact with you to arrange the drop-off address.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. You will then receive a full refund with no deductions.
Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs.
